RENTAL FAQ + WHAT TO EXPECT
THE CAFE RENTAL BASICS:
The rental is for the use of the Il Viale cafe space, with bar access, between the hours of 5pm and 1am.
The rental fee is $500 for a 5 hour rental period starting at 5pm and ending at 1am
We ask for $250 at booking. That fee is transferrable, non-refundable. The second $250 will be charged the day of your event.
There is a 25% service fee on the second $250 that goes directly to our staff
You can set up, then leave the space, and come back later to start your party, or set up and keep it going for the rest of the 5 hour rental
Your party will end at 1am or earlier, depending on when you start (for a total of 5 hours)
The cafe can accommodate about 30 people inside and our outside covered patio and seating welcomes around 20 more. We encourage you to visit us to get a sense of the space.
If your party has 30+ folks, we require a dedicated staff member to help, AND provide 3 signature drinks, for +$300
Outside food IS welcomed
NO outside drinks - please purchase beverages at the bar
We ask for one or two checks when your party ends
We have a NO SMOKING policy

The rental fee is $500 for a 5 hour rental period, starting at 10am and ending at 3pm
We ask for $250 at booking. That fee is transferrable, non-refundable. The second $250 will be charged the day of your event.
There is a 25% service fee on the second $250 that goes directly to our staff
No matter when you begin your rental, it must end and be cleaned up by 3pm
The bar can comfortably accommodate about 40 inside, and our outside covered patio and seating welcome around 30 more. We encourage you to visit us to get a sense of the space.
If your party has 30+ folks, we require a dedicated staff member to help

WHAT COMES WITH THE BAR AND CAFE RENTAL?
Lighting - you have full control over dimming the lights, adding candles or twinkle lights, etc
Music - the bar and cafe are on separate systems, so you can set the vibe with your own playlist.
Outside Seating - the whole north side of the cafe is yours to use, as well as the two tables outside right out front of the cafe.
Decorations - Bring any and all, inside and out. The main cafe counter can be cleared off to use, as well.
Plates/Cups/Cutlery/Serving Dishes - Use any and all cafe ware we have on hand
Ice - Our machine will keep beverages cold for days
